Exploring the World of Cheese

Did you know that there’s cheese in every continent apart from Antarctica?  It’s universal with thousands of different varieties produced all around the world. 

It’s my aim to try as many different cheeses as possible and as I explore the world of cheese I want to share the experience with you.  During my journey, I’ll regularly be adding to the catalogue below – giving you some background information about each cheese and making suggestions on the best way to enjoy them.
